Data we collect

When you fill in a form (program booking, free module, checklist, contact), we only collect what you enter:

• full name, email address and WhatsApp number;
• for the contact form: company, subject, indicative budget and message;
• profile (student, recent graduate, professional) and preferred format;
• your goal, if you share it;
• technical information related to the submission: page of origin, date, campaign parameters (UTM) and browser type.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your request (training, contact, project) and arranging the 15-minute call: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Sending you the free module and information about the program: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Protecting the forms against abuse (rate limiting by IP address, not stored): legitimate interest.

Recipients

Data is intended for WESCALEUP SARL and is never sold or rented. It passes through technical providers acting on our behalf: the website host (Vercel Inc., United States) and the automation tool that receives the forms (n8n), installed on a virtual private server (VPS) rented by WESCALEUP SARL. As some providers may be located outside Tunisia or the European Union, we make sure these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools, each subject to your consent, collected through the consent banner. By default, for all visitors, they are disabled: no analytics or advertising cookie is set until you accept (Google Consent Mode v2, set to “denied”).

• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google): visit statistics (page views, journeys). Cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier>, kept for up to 13 months.
• Marketing — Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measuring and improving our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies _fbp and _fbc, kept for 3 months.
• Necessary cookie — ls_consent: remembers your choice (accepted categories, date, banner version), with no personal data, for 6 months. The banner is then shown to you again.

Withdrawing or changing your consent

You can accept, reject or choose category by category, as easily one way as the other. To change your mind at any time, click “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, the tools concerned are disabled and their cookies are deleted from your browser.

To be able to prove your choice, we keep a record of it: date, accepted categories, banner version and the page where it was made. This record contains neither your IP address nor any data that could identify you.

No event sent to the measurement tools contains your name, email, phone number or message: only the type of form submitted (contact, training, free module, checklist) and the identifier of the button clicked are sent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to laribi.slim@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

This processing is governed by Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection and, for people located in the European Union, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with the Tunisian data protection authority (INPDP) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence (for example the CNIL in France).

Security

Communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
